Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

Unless specified otherwise in the warranty agreement or regulatory requirements, customers have the right to request an exchange for products purchased from Asshal Pro store within seven days from the date of receipt. Exchange requests made after this seven-day period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in good condition, and customers must not have used or benefited from the product in any way. Asshal Pro store reserves the right to inspect the product before processing the exchange to ensure its integrity.

Customers cannot request an exchange in the following cases:

  • When the product has been custom-made to the customer’s specifications, except for defective products or those that do not meet the customer’s specified requirements.
  • For products such as videotapes, disks, CDs, or software that have been used.
  • For items classified as publications, such as newspapers, magazines, books, or similar materials.
  • When any damage to the product is due to improper handling by the customer.
  • When the contract includes the purchase of downloadable software products online.

Return Policy:

Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return the product purchased from Asshal Pro store within seven days from the date of receipt, provided this complies with the warranty agreement and regulatory requirements. After the seven-day period, return requests will not be accepted.

If the return policy conditions are met, customers have the right to cancel the contract and return the product to Asshal Pro store, receiving a refund for the paid amount.
